This quotation excludes: any work not specifically described above; making good of decorations, plasterwork or flooring unless stated; any asbestos-related works; structural alterations; skip hire unless stated; any work requiring specialist contractors.
Warranty / Guarantee
Your standard workmanship guarantee wording
All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and equipment supplied. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Payment Terms
Default payment terms shown on every quote
A 50% deposit is required before works commence and materials are ordered. The remaining balance is due within 14 days of invoice. We accept BACS transfer, cheque, or card payment. Late payments may be subject to a charge of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.
